Jack & Adam's Bicycle Shipping/Receiving for Longhorn 70.3

Jack & Adam's bicycles is the official bike shop for the Longhorn 70.3 Half Ironman. To schedule a service* please e-mail jack@jackandadams.com or call the store at 512-472-5646.

Bicycle Shipping & Receiving options are as follows...

  1. Receive & Return Shipping ($100): Jack & Adam's will receive your bike and store it for pick up. We will not open the box. It will just be stored at the shop for the original sender to pick up. After the event the participant may bring there packed bike back to us for shipping. Return shipping and $2000 of insurance is included for UPS Ground on bikes under 40 lbs. that meet normal shipping requirements. Other charges may apply to oversize packaging or express shipping.
  2. Receive, Build, Tune, & Return Shipping ($150): Jack & Adam's will receive, build, tune, and safety check your bike for the event. The bike will be available for pick up by the sender. We will store your box on-site for the event. After the event, you will drop your bike off at the store and we will pack the bike and ship it for you. Return shipping and $2000 of insurance is included for UPS Ground on bikes under 40 lbs. that meet normal shipping requirements. Other charges may apply to oversize packaging or express shipping.
  3. Receive, Build, Tune, Transport & Return Shipping ($200): Jack & Adams will receive, build, tune, and safety check your bike for the event. The bike will be available for pick up by the sender at our store. We will store your box on-site for the event. After the event, you will drop your bike off at the J & A mechanical tent out side of transition. Jack & Adams will then transport your bike back to the shop for packaging and return shipping. Return shipping is included for UPS Ground on bikes under 40 lbs. that meet normal shipping requirements. Other charges may apply to oversize packaging or express shipping.

*NOTE: All bikes must be scheduled in advanced and arrive at Jack & Adams bicycles by no later than Wednesday, October 1st.

NOTE: Bikes and bike boxes are often damaged during shipping. Odds of getting your bike damaged are increased by the use of a card board box. By using our service you take all responsibility for any shipping damages that may not be covered by standard UPS insurance.
